Please go over all information prior to booking as deposits are non-refundable as well as non-transferable for any reason.
Once we receive your Online Party Booking with your party details, information, and deposit, we will contact you by email and/or phone to confirm via quote to projected invoice.
Deposits for Bookings:
Please Note: your party reservation is not confirmed in booking until we receive your $100 non-refundable deposit. The deposit goes towards the final party bill and secures your reservation in our capacity of booking. The remaining balance will be paid the day of the party. If we do not receive the $100 non-refundable deposit then the party inquiry will be cancelled. Please contact us at (972) 240-6455 during regular business hours with any questions you might have about your party booking or scheduling a party package.
Regarding outside food/drinks:
*You may not bring in a cake/cupcakes/party decor without previously having a booked party reservation with us.
*Absolutely under no circumstances are there ever allowed outside drinks into the building. *Outside food may be brought into a scheduled private party room (no public seating parties) during your scheduled party time.
*Outside food may also be brought into a scheduled completely private party with a $50 food fee.
*We understand some may have particular diets which is why we offer outside food for private rooms and private parties.
*There is no exception for outside food in the public area during public session hours.
Moving or Canceling Party Date:
*If you wish to move your public area party date (not cancel) it must be done before 14 days of the scheduled party date or you will be charged a $100 table rebooking fee.
(This may happen 1 time for the Bring Your Cake & Skate / ProSkate Packages)
*If you wish to downgrade from a private party room package to a public area party package there will be a $100 private room rebooking fee.
*If you wish to move or cancel your completely private party or private party room date there will be a $100 rebooking fee.
Essentially, the re-booking fee is you losing your $100 deposit that goes towards the party.
To re-book, you would go through the online process again with a new deposit for a new booking.
Deposits are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
No Exceptions for any Reason as space and spots are Limited.
Who Counts in a Party Package:
Public Parties - We allow non-skating parents accompanying their child to enter the building at no charge. If parents decide to skate they pay on their own unless you specifically tell us to add them to your party bill. Anyone who is not a non-skating parent either goes towards the party count or pays separately to enter the building skating or not, all ages.
Completely Private Parties - Everyone that walks into the building counts towards the party count skating or not, all ages.
Private Parties that open up to the public are subject to Cancellation without our prior Authorization. Deposit would be forfeited.
Invitations may be purchased in the front office during normal business hours. 15 for $10
